This policy explains what Bar Radar Rewards (“we”, “the app”) collects and how we use it. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Bar Radar Rewards is a nightlife rewards and ops app (stamps, Lucky Spin, open shifts, artist bookings, nights). Contact: info@barradarrewards.com.
Data we collect
- Account — email / sign-in identity, display name, profile details you provide.
- Location — approximate location when you allow it (nearby bars / open shifts).
- Usage — stamps, rewards, applications, bookings, chat messages tied to those features.
- Device / push — push notification tokens when you enable alerts.
- Photos — profile or bar media you upload.
How we use data
- Provide rewards, maps, jobs, and marketplace features.
- Send notifications you opt into (e.g. Flash, open shifts, booking updates).
- Operate bar team tools for members of a venue.
- Prevent abuse (e.g. reward farming) and keep the service secure.
Sharing
We use service providers such as Supabase (backend / auth / storage), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push), and Mapbox (maps). We do not sell your personal data. Bar members and artists may see profile or contact details needed for a confirmed booking.
Retention & deletion
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to run the product. You can permanently delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. That removes your sign-in and related app data (cascading deletes). You can also email info@barradarrewards.com to request deletion.
Your choices
- Location and notification permissions can be changed in system settings.
- In-app toggles control some alert types (e.g. open shift alerts).
- Delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account.
Children
The app is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their country. It is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
