These Terms of Service (also called Terms of Use) govern the Bar Radar Rewards app and related websites. Contact: info@barradarrewards.com.
The service
We provide digital stamps, rewards, Lucky Spin, nights, open-shift listings, and artist booking tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse rewards, spam applications, or break the law.
Rewards & offers
Stamps, spins, and prizes are promotional benefits from participating venues. Availability, rules, and redemption are set by the venue and shown in the app. We are not responsible for venue staffing, service quality, or fulfilment beyond the digital tools we provide.
Jobs & artist bookings
Open shifts and artist requests are agreements between the bar/venue and the worker or artist. Bar Radar facilitates discovery and messaging; payment and employment terms are between those parties unless we later introduce a separate paid escrow feature (not active in the current MVP).
User content & community
You are responsible for content you post (reviews, Nights, chats, shift listings, artist profiles, and similar). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content in the service. Do not post content you do not have the right to share. Our Community Guidelines apply to all user-generated content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or the guidelines.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, fraud, illegal activity, or scraping.
- No creating multiple accounts to farm rewards on one device.
- Respect privacy of teammates and applicants you meet through the app.
- No spam, fake reviews, or abusive marketplace / jobs behaviour.

Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
